Excersus XLVII: So Long Paradise
So ends our story of the arrival of Christianity into the heart of polytheism. We start a whole new story arc next week, set in an entirely new time and place. I want to thank all of you so much for joining with me throughout the telling of this little story. I honestly expected that, by the time I got to this point in the story, I would be writing it for myself and maybe one other aggrieved agnostic in Maine somewhere, having used up all my initial good will in showing Jesus snapping Jehovah's neck, and St. Paul murdering/transmogrifying Jesus in turn. But you're still here! That astounds me. I owe you all hugs and maybe some light yardwork. In the meantime, I've got a new story arc to write! See you back here in 7 short days!
